I’m Scott Cowley: digital marketing professor at Western Michigan University where I oversee the development of the interdisciplinary Digital Marketing & eCommerce Program.
I’m actively researching questions around social media and customer experience, digital content strategy, and digital marketing education. I’m always happy to talk about research.
I also have a wonderful wife and three kids, I play piano, sing, play racquetball and pickleball, and cook some good Italian food, which I learned while in Italy for two years.
